The Art Circle Public Library and the Cumberland County Archives & Family Heritage Center will be closed, Saturday, March 12th due to predicted inclement weather, low temperatures, possible hazardous road conditions and Mechanical Issues. The Library will reopen Monday, March 14th at 8:00 a.m.
