James Armstrong named Student of the Month

The Crossville City Council recognized James Armstrong as the Student of the Month for March. Mayor James Mayberry presented James with a plaque during Tuesday’s monthly council meeting. James is in the fifth grade at Martin Elementary. His teachers are Mrs. Henry, Mr. Smith and Mrs. Stephens. They say, “James Armstrong comes to school every day with a smile on his face. He works extremely hard on his schoolwork and is always a good friend. James always wants to do the right thing and motivates his peers to do the same.”
