Before you head out to hunt or fish, better renew your licenses.  All 2021- 2022 hunting and fishing licenses in Tennessee expired on Monday, February 28, 2022.  The good news is that most new hunting and fishing licenses will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.  Exceptions will be captive permits, Federal duck stamp, migratory bird permits, and slat basket tags. Prior to this year, all Tennessee hunting and fishing licenses expired on February 28 regardless of when you bought them. Licenses are available online anytime at www.GoOutdoorsTennessee.com, on the TWRA “On the Go App,” or at one of 474 license agents across the state.
