The father of a missing newborn in Memphis has been charged and there is evidence the child is deceased. The baby’s mother, 27-year-old Danielle Hoyle, was found shot dead near her vehicle late Tuesday night. The baby, 2-day-old Kennedy Hoyle, was not in the vehicle, nor was her car seat. The child has not been found and reportedly the child’s father, Brandon Isabelle, told police he shot the mother and threw the baby into the water at a boat ramp along the Mississippi River. Brandon Isabelle has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder for both Kennedy and Danielle Hoyle. Anyone with information is asked to call the Memphis Police Department at 901-545-2677 or TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND. (Photo courtesy MPD)
