Crossville Police arrested a suspected hit and run driver Tuesday night (1/18/2022). The victim told police she was traveling on West Avenue when a black jeep with Ohio tags came up behind her and collided with her vehicle. The jeep reportedly continued south on West Avenue. Crossville Police spotted the jeep on Lantana Road where they initiated a traffic stop. The driver was identified as 44-year-old Jonathon L. Arnold of Crossville. Police say Mr. Arnold had a revoked Tennessee driver’s license. He was transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center for booking.
