The Cumberland County Justice Center will be closed for the Observation of Martin Luther King Jr. on Monday, January 17, 2022. This includes the offices of General Sessions Judge Larry M. Warner, Youth Service Officers, Jessica Burgess Circuit Court Clerk, and Sue Tollett Clerk & Master. All General Sessions cases that were set for January 17th will be moved to January 31, 2022 at 8:30 am. For General Sessions/Circuit Court questions please call (931)484-6647.
