A Rockwood man and his passenger were killed Monday morning in a crash on I-40 near Kingston. The wreck involving a Ford Transit and a tractor-trailer happened around 8:30am at mile maker 356. According to reports, the tractor-trailer was traveling east and had slowed down for another crash ahead when the Ford, driven by 63-year-old Robert Rich, of Rockwood, struck the back of the truck. Mr. Rich and his passenger, 39-year-old Adam Milburn, of Rockford, Illinois, both died in the accident. The occupants of the tractor-trailer were not injured.
