The TBI is investigating after a burned body was discovered Sunday afternoon in a wooded are in Lewis County. It is believed the body is that of an adult female. An autopsy has been scheduled to positively identify the remains, which were found off Springer Road near Highway 20. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
