A truck belonging to a missing Scott County, Tennessee man was found Sunday, December 5, 2021 in a Kentucky pond with human remains inside. Officials say the truck’s owner, 30-year-old Jeff Shepard, was last seen in March 2018. The remains have not been positively identified and the investigation is ongoing.
