A Howard Springs Road man was charged following a Hit And Run accident on West Avenue Saturday morning. Crossville Police say shortly after the wreck, a Cumberland County Sheriff’s Deputy spotted the suspect’s blue Toyota Tacoma at a residence on Howard Springs Road. Michael Vaughn Blaylock, age 51, was arrested and charged with DUI, Implied Consent, Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Failure to Report a Vehicle Accident.
