Several resolutions were approved during the monthly meeting of the Cumberland County Commission on Monday. According to Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster, commissioners approved lease agreements between the Military Memorial Museum of Upper Cumberland and Cumberland County for use of the old courthouse between the Milo Lemmert Building and the Chamber. In other action, commissioners voted to send the relocation of the Woody Convenience Center back to committee. The existing center will be removed due to road construction on Highway 127. Commissioners have decided they would like to discuss additional relocation options and approved a motion to send the matter to a committee for further study.
