The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency says a Cumberland County man plead guilty to baiting charges and was ordered to pay $499.50 in fines and court costs and had his hunting privileges revoked for a year. The TWRA made the announcement via Facebook and did not give the offender’s name. Officers Derrick Gray (pictured) and Bradley Baldwin confiscated 74 doves and the case was tried on October 7. In Tennessee, no hunter shall make use of bait to hunt (TCA 70-1-10) wildlife unless the bait has been removed and any electronic feeder disabled at least 10 days prior to hunting.
