A Rhea County babysitter will spend two decades behind bars for scalding a 2-year-old girl’s feet as punishment in 2019. This week Jennifer Vaughn pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated child abuse. Vaughn was sentenced to 20 years in prison without parole. Little Kaylee’s mother said her daughter had to undergo five surgeries to make her well again.
