Two more people have died from COVID in Cumberland County and the death toll on Monday, September 27, 2021 was 198. Positive cases rose by 67 from Friday adding to Monday’s total of 10,455. Active cases fell over the weekend by 34 to 554.
Across the state COVID deaths increased by 127 over the weekend to a total of 14,952 on Monday. Tennessee’s total positive COVID cases grew by 7,826 from Friday to 1,217,394 on Monday.
The Cumberland County Health Department is offering free COVID-19 testing, vaccines and booster doses.
