The Stone Memorial High School Panthers played the Upperman High School Bees in a Region match-up at Tennessee Tech Friday night. SMHS enjoyed a 9 to 6 lead early in the game, but fell to the Bees 27-9. The Panthers are now 3 and 2 overall this season and 1 and 1 in Region play.
Friday night the Cumberland County High School Jets traveled to Smithville for a Region game with the DeKalb County Tigers. The home team enjoyed a 14-10 lead at the half and went on to beat the Jets 35-10. CCHS drops to 2 and 3 overall and 0 and 2 in Region action.
