A Cumberland County inmate and two others face charges after more than $224 worth of pizza and wings were delivered to the jail in the name of a county maintenance employee.  According to reports, 31-year-old John Edward Barnwell, who was incarcerated at the time, was seen on surveillance using a cell phone belonging to 30-year-old Mathew Raymond Alcorn. Barnwell reportedly made calls to Pizza Hut and his girlfriend, 23-year-old Briana Shea Bond.  When the order was delivered, the driver was told that the county employee had not placed the order.  According to the Crossville Chronicle, Pizza Hut donated the food to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department and will seek restitution in further court proceedings.  Both Barnwell and Bond were charged with theft of services of up to $500. Alcorn was charged with conspiracy to ummit theft of services of up to $500.
