On Friday, August 20, the Tennessee Highway Safety Office recognized the achievements of law enforcement agencies statewide during its 17th Annual Law Enforcement Challenge. This year, 45 Law Enforcement Challenge applications were submitted. The Fairfield Glade Police Department took 2nd Place in the 11-25 Officers Category. The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office was awarded 3rd Place in the 46-75 Officers Category. The Best Looking Cruiser Award went to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
