Two Killed In Head-On Crash In Fentress County Wednesday Morning

Two people lost their lives following a head-on collision in Fentress County Wednesday morning.  The crash happened shortly before 10:30am.  According to the THP, a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Jeff Hall, age 71, of Jamestown, was traveling southbound on US Highway 127 when a northbound 2017 Nissan Titan, driven by Preston Adkins, age 25, of Crossville, crossed the center line and struck the Santa Fe head-on.  Mr. Hall was pronounced deceased at UT Medical Center.  Hall’s passenger, Carolyn Hall, age 75, also of Jamestown, died at the scene.  Mr. Adkins and a 2-year-old passenger of the Nissan Titan were both injured.  Their conditions were not listed in the THP’s report.
