Cumberland County’s Active COVID-19 Cases Up By 15 On Wednesday, August 11, 2021

Cumberland County’s active COVID-19 cases went up by 15 on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 to 374.  Total positive cases rose by 48 to 7,446.  Deaths remained the same at 145.

Upper Cumberland Regional Medical Director for the Tennessee Department of Health, Doctor Don Grisham, stated that 98 percent of deaths are among the unvaccinated.  Grisham said 80 percent of new cases are from the Delta Variant.

Free COVID-19 vaccinations and tests are available at the Cumberland County Health Department located at 1503 South Main Street in Crossville. Vaccines are provided daily, Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 4:30 PM.
