The Crossville man arrested in connection to Saturday’s fatal shooting at Soaky Mountain Waterpark has been released on bail. Joshua Dannels, 30, is charged with possession of a firearm while intoxicated. His bond was set at $2,500. WVLT reports that the woman charged with shooting two women, killing one of them, is a Knox County EMT. Sarah Romine, 31, is charged with second degree murder, multiple counts of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm while intoxicated. Romine’s bond is set for $350,000 and she has also been placed on unpaid leave. The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the waterpark following an altercation. Kelsy Cook, 24, was pronounced dead at UT Medical Center and Angie Russell, 23, suffered non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
