A Jamestown man has been charged with DUI following a two-vehicle crash in Cumberland County Thursday night (5/6/21). According to the THP, around 8:17pm 57-year-old Paul Tinch, Jr. was driving south on Highway 127 North when he lost control of his 2008 Buick Rendezvous in the curve at Tabor Loop. The Buick crossed over into the northbound lane where it struck a 2007 Nissan head on. The driver of the Nissan, 64-year-old Ronald Boggs, of Crossville, was not injured nor was his passenger, 39-year-old Meri Anthony, of Cookeville. Mr. Tinch was hurt, however, authorities did not list the extent of his injuries. The THP says Mr. Tinch was charged with DUI, Driving While Suspended, Due Care and Financial Responsibility.
