Authorities have identified human remains found near Babbs Road in Roane County last month as those of Jacob Lemons. He was last seen in August 2017 in Knox County in the company on an unknown male. Mr. Lemons was 30-year-old at the time of his disappearance. The cause of death has not been determined and the Knox County Sheriff’s office is still investigating.
