Gov. Lee Signs Transgender Sports Bill

On Friday, Governor Bill Lee signed a bill into law that will require all middle and high school students to prove their sex at birth in order to play school sports.  The transgender sports bill will require students to play based on their birth gender and students may only compete against athletes of the same biological sex. The bill does not apply to kindergarten through 4^th grade students.
