Cumberland County Health Department will be closed Thursday February 18 due to inclement weather conditions and to ensure the safety of staff and citizens. No COVID-19 testing or vaccines will be administered Thursday.
If you were scheduled for a vaccination earlier this week or Thursday, please be patient as we are working to reschedule appointments at the earliest available date. You will be contacted by the health department to give you a new appointment date and time.
The slight delay in receiving your second dose does not affect the effectiveness of the vaccine. Please see www.cdc.gov/vaccines/COVID-19/info-by-product/clinical-considerations.html for more information.
Clinic appointments will also be rescheduled as soon as possible.
