Funeral Services for John P. Guenther Jr. “Big John”, age 76 of the Muddy Pond Community, will be held on Friday December 28th at 10am at the Pilgrim Christian Fellowship Church at 3068 Muddy Pond Road in Monterey, Tennessee. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday December 27 at Pilgrim Christian Fellowship Church from 2pm to 4pm and from 6pm to 8pm. Survivors include wife of 54 years Emma Mazelin Guenther; children Mark Guenther, Judy Wilson, Pete Guenther, Ben Guenther, Leonard Guenther, David Guenther, Jona Guenther, and Edwin Guenther; 32 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 4 siblings. Goff Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
